Attorney Virginia L. Landry
In 1989, Attorney Virginia L. Landry opened The Law Offices of Virginia L. Landry, and immediately following law school graduation Attorney Landry became a Board Certified DUI Defense Attorney Specialist. While she is skilled in every area of criminal law, she focuses her practice on criminal cases involving: violent crimes, theft crimes, white-collar crimes, juvenile crimes, sex crimes, weapons crimes, drug crimes, and domestic violence. Due to her devotion, Attorney Landry has helped clients through complicated misdemeanor and felony charges. She uses her aggressive representation skills to protect the rights of her clients.
Attorney Landry’s experience has allowed her to become the successful criminal defense lawyer she is today. She serves as a Regent for the National College for DUI Defense and is a part of the Board of Directors for the California DUI Lawyers Association where she performs the role of a Secretary. Additionally, she serves on the Orange County Bar Association’s Board of Directors and is a former president and current member of the West Orange County Bar Association. Her dedication has led her to receive a certificate of instruction which she uses to train students in DWI detection and standardized field sobriety testing.
Prior to her full-time career as a criminal justice attorney, Attorney Landry attended Northern Arizona University where she earned her Bachelor’s degree in 1982. Following her undergraduate coursework, she began law school at Western State University. It was here that she earned her Juris Doctorate and decided it was time to start her own firm. Currently, Attorney Landry is permitted to practice in California state courts, the United States District Court, and the Central District.

Attorney Betty M. Stroh
Attorney Betty M. Stroh joined The Law Offices of Virginia L. Landry after practicing as a sole practitioner. Due to her passion to help those in need of aggressive and honest representation, Attorney Stoh decided that joining Attorney Landry’s firm was the best option. In doing so, she has been able to dedicate her time to helping those who have been accused of criminal charges rather than focusing her attention on the administrative aspect of maintaining a law practice.
Attorney Stroh has experience in all areas of criminal law but focuses her practice on defending clients dealing with issues such as: alcohol and drug-related crimes, domestic violence, assault and battery, attempted murder, arson, weapons, sex crimes,fraud, theft, and juvenile matters.
Prior to her career as a criminal defense lawyer, Attorney Stoh attended Boston University where she obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology. Following her undergraduate studies, she attended American College of Law. It was here that she earned her Juris Doctorate degree. Following graduation, in 1995, she became licensed to practice law. Currently, Attorney Stoh also teaches Criminal Law and Argumentation and Debate at the University of California Irvine for the Gifted Students Academy.
