Orange County Criminal Defense
Attorney Virginia L. Landry
In 1989, Attorney Virginia L. Landry opened The Law Offices of Virginia
L. Landry, Inc. Immediately following law school graduation, Attorney
Landry became a Board Certified DUI Defense Attorney Specialist. While
she is skilled in every area of criminal law, she focuses her practice
on criminal cases involving violent crimes, theft crimes, white-collar
crimes, juvenile crimes, sex crimes, weapons crimes, drug crimes, and
domestic violence. Due to her devotion, Attorney Landry has helped clients
through complicated misdemeanor and felony charges. She uses her aggressive
representation skills to protect the rights of her clients.
Attorney Landry’s experience has allowed her to become the successful
criminal defense lawyer she is today. She serves as a Regent for the National
College for DUI Defense and is a part of the Board of Directors for the
California DUI Lawyers Association where she performs the role of a Secretary.
Additionally, she serves on the Orange County Bar Association’s
Board of Directors and is a former president and current member of the
West Orange County Bar Association. Her dedication has led her to receive
a certificate of instruction which she uses to train students in DWI detection
and standardized field sobriety testing.
Prior to her full-time career as a criminal justice attorney, Attorney
Landry attended Northern Arizona University where she earned her Bachelor’s
degree in 1982. Following her undergraduate coursework, she began law
school at Western State University. It was here that she earned her Juris
Doctorate and decided it was time to start her own firm.
Currently, Attorney Landry is permitted to practice in California state
courts, the United States District Court, and the Central District.

Attorney Betty M. Stroh
Attorney Betty M. Stroh joined The Law Offices of Virginia L. Landry, Inc.
after practicing as a sole practitioner. Due to her passion to help those
in need of aggressive and honest representation, Attorney Stoh decided
that joining Attorney Landry’s firm was the best option. In doing
so, she has been able to dedicate her time to helping those who have been
accused of criminal charges rather than focusing her attention on the
administrative aspect of maintaining a law practice.
Attorney Stroh has experience in all areas of criminal law but focuses
her practice on defending clients dealing with issues such as alcohol
and drug-related crimes, domestic violence, assault and battery, attempted
murder, arson, weapons, sex crimes, fraud, theft, and juvenile matters.
Prior to her career as a criminal defense lawyer, Attorney Stoh attended
Boston University where she obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology.
Following her undergraduate studies, she attended American College of
Law. It was here that she earned her Juris Doctorate degree. Following
graduation, in 1995, she became licensed to practice law.
Currently, Attorney Stoh also teaches Criminal Law and Argumentation and
Debate at the University of California Irvine for the Gifted Students Academy.
